Court of Nobility of the Holy Roman Empire

The Court of Nobility of the Holy Roman Empire is an Imperial Court and Nobility authority, with sole jurisdiction over all the Nobility of the whole of the Territory and Lands of the Holy Roman Empire. The Court of Nobility also known as the Court of Honour, is presided over by the Chancellor of the Holy Roman Empire Association - Associazioni dei Nobili del Sacro Romano Impero, who gives permissions and grants through the sanction and decisions of the Court of Nobility. The Court has sole jurisdiction over all matters relating to Imperial Nobility, Titles, Ranks and Noble Rights of the Holy Roman Empire, as it legalises and enforces decisions of the Court of Nobility. The Court considers all cases relating to questions of status, including disputes over Nobility matters and the laws to the rights of succession and usage to Imperial Titles of the Holy Roman Empire, for example complaints on the infringement of the use of another individual's Titles, Honours and Appellations.
